Welcome to Coinblast Privacy Notice. With respect to your privacy we are committed to protect your personal data. This Privacy Notice describes how Coinblast may collect, use, manage and process personal information of our customers.

All Coinblast’S employees, agents, as well as employees of the agents of Coinblast who may know the classified personal data must keep it safe even after termination of the employment or contractual relationship.

According to the applicable legal requirements Coinblast shall ensure the confidentiality of all personal data and the application of appropriate technical and organisational procedures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, accidental loss, alteration, destruction, or any other unlawful processing.

Coinblast is bound by law to establish and verify your identity prior to entering into any financial / crypto services transactions with you, also, at the time of the provision of the services, as well as assess and store this information for the retention period set out by legislation. 3. Coinblast my may also use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • your Coinblast Account and Wallet opening and operating
  • all transaction services (including exchange and trade), when we use your personal information to process your orders and to communicates with you about orders and services
  • communication with Coinblast, when we are replying your queries

We note that this constitutes statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and browsing patterns and it is not possible to identify any individuals.

  • Right to access to data - your right to obtain Coinblast confirmation that your data is being processed and to obtain a copy of it as well as certain information related to its processing

Coinblast Privacy Notice are subject to the law of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines. All disputes regarding the provisions of the Privacy Notice shall be settled by negotiation and, in case of failure to resolve an issue by negotiation, the dispute shall be taken to courts of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
